Terms and Conditions

We appreciate that shopping online can sometimes be difficult because you can’t touch the items prior to purchase. If you purchase something from us and it doesn't quite live up to expectations, we are happy to accept unused items back providing:


  1. They are not damaged upon receipt. Please make sure you wrap items carefully especially delicate items such as lampshades and glassware. 
  2. You return them within 30 calendar days of receipt. For a change of mind, you will be liable for postage costs.
  3. You tell us in advance that you will be returning them to us.


We recommend you return items using postal services that require a signature. Please note, proof of postage does not equal proof of receipt. 


Providing the above conditions are met, we will issue you a full refund within 3 working days.


If you receive goods from us where the packaging has been damaged, please take photos before opening. If upon opening the package, you find our products have been damaged, please take additional photos and send them to us. 


All our products are fully tested and must pass quality control before they leave our premises. If you discover a fault, please contact us, so that we can provide you with a replacement. We may require you to return the faulty item to us, so we can seek reimbursement from our suppliers. In this case, we will reimburse reasonable postage costs.


We will replace items that are faulty or damaged providing we are informed within 30 calendar days of receipt. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will issue you with a full refund within 3 working days.


We are unable to accept returns of bespoke items unless they are faulty.
