• Customers who opt in to our mailing list will remain on our records until such time they request to opt out
• Emails relating to enquiries and or orders will be kept no longer than 12 months from receipt
• Written notes taken from telephone conversations (recorded on our Enquiry/Order sheets) are stored securely in our offices and disposed of no later than 12 months from enquiry/purchase
• Text and WhatsApp messages are deleted within 3 months of responding to enquiries and or fulfilment of orders
• Payments are processed via our service provider, Square. Payment processing is secure and all information entered by our customers has been encrypted and submitted to their servers securely. More information can be found on their Secure Data Encryption support page
